We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
Perishable Goods: Coffee is a perishable agricultural product. While we strive for consistency, slight variations in flavor notes may occur between batches due to seasonal changes in the Coorg harvest.
Appearance: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
Timelines: Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only. Ele Coffee Co. is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or force majeure events.
Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Ele Coffee Co. are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us at hello@elecoffee.in within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis.
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Karnataka, India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore.
