This document outlines the protocols for order cancellations, returns, and refunds for products purchased from Ele Coffee Company.

01. Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. As we process and ship orders quickly to ensure freshness, we cannot accept cancellations after this window. To cancel, please contact us immediately at hello@elecoffee.in with your order number.

02. Refunds & Returns

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns on coffee products. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are unhappy with your coffee for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We handle refunds on a case-by-case basis. We may offer a replacement or a full or partial refund under the following conditions:

We do not offer refunds for issues related to personal taste preference.
